1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. uya123 operates a strict adults-only (21+) policy. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity may not open an Account.
4. No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been voluntarily or involuntarily self-excluded from uya123 or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme currently in effect.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Each individual is entitled to one Account only.

3 Account Registration

Account registration on uya123 is straightforward and free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.1 Registration Requirements. You will be asked to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, date of birth, and your preferred local payment method. Pseudonyms or fictitious names are not permitted.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. uya123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify uya123 support immediately. uya123 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, uya123 requires Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Additional proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI account in your name) may also be requested. uya123 processes KYC submissions within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation package.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts. If uya123 identifies that a Member holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — uya123 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uya123 supports the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). International credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be available subject to periodic availability.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no upper deposit limit per transaction, though uya123 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in any rolling 30-day period.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and instant-transfer-enabled bank accounts are typically credited to your uya123 Balance within minutes. Standard bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are credited within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Transfers submitted outside banking hours may experience a short delay.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. uya123 processes withdrawal requests within ten minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be met before the corresponding real-money funds can be withdrawn.
• uya123 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal for up to 5 business days if it triggers an automated fraud or anti-money-laundering alert, pending investigation.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at uya123's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

uya123 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and special event promotions tied to cultural moments such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion communication.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.

5.2 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. As a general guide:

• Slots: 100% contribution (unless the specific slot is listed as excluded).
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports pre-match bets (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.
• Sports live in-play bets: 50% contribution.
• Sabung ayam (cockfighting) and Bingo Online: 100% contribution.
• Crash games (e.g., Spribe Aviator): 50% contribution.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. uya123 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to guarantee a wagering outcome, and systematic exploitation of free-bet offers. Confirmed abuse will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

5.4 uya123's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. uya123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, uya123 will honour any Bonus Funds already credited to Member Accounts under the promotion's original terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. uya123 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in clause 6.3.

6.2 Odds and Results. Sportsbook odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 football, FIFA for World Cup qualifiers, BWF for All England badminton).

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 72 hours; a technical error resulted in materially incorrect odds being published; or the event is determined by the governing body to have been fixed or manipulated.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits. uya123 applies maximum win limits per bet and per day, as specified in the relevant game or sportsbook category rules. These limits exist to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Platform. Members with unusually high win rates may be subject to additional account review.

6.5 Mix Parlay Betting. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any single leg is voided, the remaining legs are recalculated as if the voided leg was not included. Minimum odds per leg and minimum/maximum legs per mix parlay slip are specified in the Sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

uya123 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

7.1 Player Tools. Every Member has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

7.2 Underage Gambling. uya123 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. All account holders must be 21 or older. We recommend that Members with minors in their household use parental control software and keep login credentials inaccessible to underage persons.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the uya123 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of uya123 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content without prior written consent from uya123.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools on the Platform.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding any portion of the Platform on a third-party website.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of uya123 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. uya123 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. uya123 will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Accuracy of Information. uya123 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds, game results, account balances, and promotional terms are accurately displayed. In the event of a manifest error — such as a grossly incorrect odds figure that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake — uya123 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the pre-error position, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

9.3 Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uya123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.4 Cap on Liability. Where uya123 is found liable under any cause of action arising from these Terms, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

uya123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, uya123 collects only the data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity (KYC), prevent fraud, and provide customer support. uya123 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

uya123 may share Member data with licensed payment processors (e.g., local Indonesian bank gateways), fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law. All third-party data processors engaged by uya123 are contractually obligated to maintain the same standard of data protection.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds and satisfying any pending wagers) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.

11.2 Termination by uya123. uya123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to void all pending bets and forfeit Bonus Funds — if the Member has:

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility, duplicate account, or bonus abuse clauses.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that uya123 reasonably believes constitutes a criminal offence.
• Used automated betting tools, bots, or any software that confers an unfair advantage over other Members or the Platform.
• Acted in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward uya123 staff or other Members.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction under which uya123 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits uya123's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
